• Participate in the weekly supplies inventory and prepares store requisitions
• Be involved in the planning of promotions, and pricing under the supervision of the Assistant Outlet Manager and be constantly aware of the outlet’s cost of sale.
• Supervise the daily operation under the set standards and as per the local regulations under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.
• Inspect all areas daily before opening according to fixed standard checklist and ensures full adherence of the closing duties.

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
