Job Description

Oversees the meticulous operations of the Butler department, ensuring unparalleled luxury and strategic planning.


  • Conduct daily briefings to disseminate essential information to team members.
  • Direct and delegate tasks among the Butler team with an emphasis on flawless execution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to uphold the pinnacle of service standards.
  • Regularly inspect guest areas to maintain opulent service and cater to refined preferences.
  • Monitor and optimize guest supply consumption and elevate bespoke service opportunities.
  • Enforce stringent adherence to bespoke service standards and elite procedures.
  • Curate and cultivate a team of Butler professionals through discerning recruitment, selective mentorship, and precise performance reviews.
  • Develop bespoke weekly schedules and oversee opulent payroll management.
  • Host exclusive monthly meetings to address and refine service protocols.
  • Maintain an expert command of luxurious safety protocols and participate in exclusive briefings.
  • Uphold impeccable personal appearance and hygiene standards.
  • Foster exquisite collaborations with esteemed hotel personnel and maintain consummate service knowledge.


About You:

  • Proven leadership in luxury hospitality, preferably in elite environments.
  • Exemplary organizational prowess and refined communication skills.
  • Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
