Job Description

We are looking for a proven team leader with long term thinking who is seeking to build a career with Accor. If you consider yourself to be a service centred extraordinaire with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, have a desire to mentor and develop a team and working closely with the executive team to reach our goals then this could be the opportunity for you!

This key role will oversee the daily management of the Front Office & Reservations departments; ensuring the efficient and effective operations and ensuring consistent, exceptional service for our guests and our team.

As our next Front Office Manager, you will have:

  • Proven leadership experience within a hotel environment with a desire to nurture and encourage a culture of excellence, integrity and positivity within the Front Office & Reservation teams.
  • A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a can do, solutions focused attitude.
  • A desire to drive your own professional development and achieve long term goals.
  • Staff recruitment knowledge and the confidence to grow your team through personal development, mentoring and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a front office environment.
  • Experience and confidence using PMS such as Opera and reservations systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
  • Availability to work on a rotating shift roster (a.m, p.m and nights)
  • Full, clean Drivers License
  • Current Managers Certificate
