Job Description

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth and efficient front desk processes. This role involves supervising front desk staff, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage room reservations and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement front desk policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on front desk activities and performance metrics.
  • Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Participate in management meetings and contribute to overall hotel strategy and goals.


  • Previous senior leadership experience within Front Office required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
