TRIBE Auckland is looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader / Barista with presence, precision, and pure passion. Someone who knows how to energise a room, uplift a team, and turn every service moment into something memorable.

You will:

• Create a Social Hub atmosphere that’s warm, buzzing, and unapologetically cool
• Lead, support, and coach a high‑energy team who love what they do
• Craft consistently exceptional coffee with skill, speed, and style
• Jump across breakfast, all‑day service, and Grab & Go with ease
• Keep service sharp, pace, quality, flow, and guest connection
• Be visible, hands‑on, and right in the action
• Contribute to events, activations, and moments that make TRIBE unforgettable

This role is Team Leader first, Barista expert always.
We need someone who can guide a team and grind the perfect shot.

You have:

• Strong barista experience 
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet 
• Leadership instincts — you motivate, you don’t micromanage
• POS & PMS knowledge desirable
• A calm head, quick hands, and a guest‑first mindset
• Desirable knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
