An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service whilst familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their needs.
• Implement systems to maintain control of bar service equipment, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate guest billing.
• Establish and uphold cleaning schedules for the restaurant area, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about current menu and promotions, maximising sales opportunities.
• Oversee mise en place, back-of-house operations, and cellar management to maintain high standards throughout the establishment.

• Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
• Lead and motivate a team effectively
• Stay current with food trends and create innovative menus
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members
