Job Description

As the Food & Beverage Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maximizing revenue within our food and beverage department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and industry partners, to drive repeat business and secure new opportunities.
  • Sales Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions, to maximize revenue generation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for senior management to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the food and beverage operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
