• Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Cost control and budget management: Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
• Daily operations management: Oversee operations, including menu planning and quality control.
• Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
