• Manage daily operations of outlets
• Ensure outstanding guest service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Develop and implement creative menus and beverage programs in collaboration with culinary teams.
• Drive revenue through effective cost control, up selling, and innovative marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of F&B professionals
• Reporting to EAM i/c F&B

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of F&B current trends in a lifestyle setting.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
