Job Description

We are searching for a talented Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as conference and events, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.


  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including but not limited to: restaurants, bars, conferences, events and room service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.


  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences. 
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
