Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, deliver orders to guests in a timely manner, and ensure all requests are met efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring the presentation meets The Sebel's high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service, assisting in various tasks as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, and follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • The availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Knowledge of point of sale system would be an advantage, however not mandatory as training will be provided.
  • As this is a part time position, you must have current working rights in Australia.  We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Students and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply.
