We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team at The Hoxton, Amsterdam. In our small finance team, we pull the strings in the background and make sure that the numbers add up. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the management accounts in relation to the hotels and restaurants.
Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

What you'll do...
- Coordinate and assist daily, monthly quarterly and annual reporting activities for the region.
- Control of daily transactions.
- You prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- You are used to accounts receivable / payable as well as asset accounting.
- You are responsible for reconciling the balance sheet accounts.
- You will coordinate with the different departments regarding accounting processes.
- You ensure quick procedures of correspondence.
