Job Description

Food & Beverage Sales Executive

Are you passionate in food & beverage and have a strong sales skill? This role would be the perfect fit for you. The Food & Beverage Sales Executive provides revenue contribution and administrative support to the overall department. With seven restaurants, bars and lounge available, the person needs to be comfortable with fast pace environment, busy sales and reservations, have strong interpersonal skills to handle sales and reservation duties.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:

  • Proactively looking for business through telemarketing and sales calls.
  • Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
  • Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, hotel facilities and services
  • Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations.
  • Monitor all Tentative / Provisional / Waitlisted bookings entered on the system and follow up done for deposits / guarantee.
  • Handling site visit from the guest.
  • Draft and types correspondence, booking contracts, quotations, letter of confirmation, thank you letter for the guest.


Your experience and skills include:

  • Passionate in Sales and target oriented.
  • Has up to date F&B knowledge.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window and other system applications required.
  • Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures 
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
  • Ability to work with multiple system.
