Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager to manage the team
  • Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z
  • Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
  • Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
  • Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Captain / F&B Supervisor
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
