F&B Attendant (Seasonal)

The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests by delivering food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in all F&B areas.

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly according to established standards.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of service areas for functions and events.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly (HACCP standards).
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and effectively.
• Process payments and operate POS systems when required.
• Refill supplies, stock service areas, and report shortages.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remain calm and courteous.
