Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager, with the Operational hands on approach, a drive for achieving high level of quality guest service within and a strong leader of the people!  This rare opportunity is intended for a leader who can be developed into a General Manager in the next 1-2 years!

  • Leadership & support over the operational departments of Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering.
  • Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, projects and reporting. Working to ensure the financial success of the hotel & always looking to drive the business forward any opportunity.
  • Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous 5+ years experience in Hotel Operational Leadership roles 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, full occupancy Hotel, across multiple departments
  • The passion for the people of the Industry, leading, developing and creating opportunities for others.
