Job Description

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of the team, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute the assigned events.
  • Provide information and guidance for the clients in order to obtain accurate specifications for the events.
  • Manage all operations in the Conventions to ensure excellent customer services and to provide outstanding technical expertise.
  • Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service contractors and other suppliers of event services.
  • Ensure to develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and other suppliers of event services.
  • Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational        goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;
  • Ability to accept responsibility;
  • Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
  • Ability to enhance organizational performance

Qualifications

Relevant Degree or diploma
