We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Service Manager to lead and oversee the seamless execution of events. S/He will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of event services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing event staff. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing events, including weddings, conferences, banquets, and other special occasions.
  • Overseeing the setup, décor, and logistics of events to ensure all aspects of the event are executed.
  • Liaison with the client and Banquet team before and during events and address any special requests and concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any requests with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven experience in event coordination and management, preferably in a hospitality or events setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
