• Carries out occasional repair work as required
• Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
• Follows the preventive maintenance programmed
• Applies water hygiene procedures
• Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment including motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and emergency generators.
• Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair.  Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public area.
• Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of electrical low-tension panels.
• Attends to electrical and ancillaries’ installations such as audio/video cables, computer cables and CCTV systems.

• Ability to perform under pressure
• Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity

• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic is an added advantage.

Prior experience working with related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
