Job Description

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
  • Dealing with customer complaints, queries, and requests for information
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff and visitors
  • Managing cash handling and banking procedures
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee performance
  • Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
  • Communicating effectively with staff and upper management
  • Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or relevant role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good knowledge of operations management
  • Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines

Additional Information

You should also have a passion for entertainment and a good knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the field.
