Company Description

Work your Way to Sydney! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Duty Manager who has experience in a similar role to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and supporting our front office team. 


Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the front office department, including guest check-in/check-out and concierge services, while ensuring all procedures are adhered to. 
  •  A driver of KPI's including guest satisfaction, loyalty sign ups and current promotions within the hotel. 
  • Actively resolving guest requests, complaints and challenges.
  • Train and motivate front office team members to maintain brand and service standards. 
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members. 

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in mid-scale or luxury hotels. 
  • Experience in OPERA is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and public holidays as per business demands. 
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.   
  • Excel under pressure whilst paying attention to the finer details.
  • Currently hold a NSW RSA certificate or have the ability to obtain one.
