Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for Director Revenue Systems & Training, MEA APAC to join our team. This role will be based in Thailand and will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Topline & Business Intelligence, MEA APAC. This role will lead the training and development initiatives for Revenue Management systems across the MEA APAC region, as well as organizing and overseeing training programs for new systems and tools, such as Revenue Management Systems (RMS). This role will also act as the regional custodian for system development initiatives. A deep understanding of Accor's systems and the ability to act as a spokesperson for the region's needs in this domain is essential.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new RMS and other RM tools across the region. 

  • Act as the regional spokesperson for system development initiatives, representing the region's needs and feedback. 

  • Coordinate with system vendors and internal IT teams to ensure system capabilities meet regional requirements. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and system implementations. 

  • Keep abreast of advancements in RM technology and systems, integrating new knowledge into training and development initiatives. 

  • Provide expert advice and support to hotel teams regarding RMS and RM tools. 

  • Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for RM systems usage. 

  • Facilitate continuous learning and development within the RM teams. 

  • Manage cross-functional collaborations to align system developments with overall business strategies.


Qualifications

What we need from you 

  • Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in Revenue Management, particularly in system implementation and training. 

  • Proven track record in developing and leading training programs, with a deep understanding of Accor’s Revenue Management systems and tools. 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system knowledge into effective training. 

  • Proactive and innovative in approach to training and system development. 

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
