Your Impact
- Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, aligning People & Culture strategies with business goals.
- Lead the People & Culture team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Drive talent management, colleague engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
- Champion positive labor relations, proactively managing union interactions and colleague relations.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and BC employment legislation, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Shape and promote Fairmont’s Service and Brand Culture, creating a workplace where people thrive.
You Bring
- 7–10 years of senior People & Culture/HR experience, with proven success in unionized settings.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and partner with executives across the business.
- Passion for developing culture, engagement, and programs that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law, BC employment standards, and labor relations.
- University/College degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Visa Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
