Job Description

The Director of Talent and Culture promotes employee satisfaction, ensures compliance with local and federal employment and labour laws, and maintains the highest level of standards in the luxury environment.

  • Oversees the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment law.
  • Develop Talent & Culture and Learning & Development budget. 
  • Implements guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate   direction.
  • Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and makes recommendations, help the hotel recruitment activities happen under a proper salary scale.
  • Control payroll cost, help hotel running with a good manning budget.
  • Ensure wherever possible that heartists are provided with a work place free of  discrimination, harassment and victimization.
  • Measures employee satisfaction through surveys, round table, and one-to-one with team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Manager, Business Administration Management, Hotel Management or related field of study.
