Job Description

  • Manage the hotel's sales team and create sales goals to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the hotel's customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.
  • Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather information about the latest trends and strategies.
  • Manage the hotel's pricing strategy and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Bachelor's degree in Front Office , Sales , , business administration, or a related field is required. Some employers may also require a Master's degree in marketing or business. Experience in sales and marketing is crucial, with at least five to ten years of experience in a hospitality-related industry. This includes managing and leading marketing and sales teams, creating marketing plans, and analyzing market trends. Knowledge of hospitality industry software and customer relationship management tools is also important. A person must have excellent communication and leadership skills to succeed in this role.
