Job Description

Under the business supervision of the VP for Finance and the General Manager/VP for Hotel Operations, and within the limits of ACCOR policies and procedures and local requirements, the position is responsible for the supervision of all members of the Hotel and Accounting Department and future hotels covered by the cluster. Provides strategic leadership, functional guidance and valuable insights to  the management for optimal business decision.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen.
  • Background in materials control systems (for example Check EAM, Check SCM, MC System) and Finance system (Sun Sytem) is preferred.
