Fairmont Tokyo - the first Fairmont in Japan is slated to open July 2025. Located on the upper floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura Project, Fairmont Tokyo offers easy access to business, culture, and well-being amenities as well as Haneda International Airport and Hamamatsucho Railway Station. The property will offer 217 guest rooms including a range of suites, five restaurants and bars including 2 outdoor Terrace on level 35, a spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, a sky chapel and a hotel boat to elevate the guest experience. 

Incharge of Engineering and also Security department. 

As this is an on-property role in Japan and candidate will have to deal with out-sourced companies, candidate must speak and write fluent Japanese (English speaking is not mandatory but would be beneficial).
