We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Communication and Marketing Assistant to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic student, eager to learn and contribute to enhancing our communication strategies both internally and externally.

Your mission :
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey the department’s goals, projects, and achievements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather information and create engaging content for various platforms, including newsletters, emails, Teams, and our internal social media platform (Viva Engage).
- Support the creation of presentation materials for stakeholder meetings and departmental updates.
- Help organize and coordinate events and campaigns to promote department initiatives.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the department’s internal communication channels.
- Engage with external stakeholders to encourage positive relationships and enhance the department’s public image.
About you :
- Currently enrolled in a Communication, Marketing, or related field of study.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in technology and the IT industry.
