Commercial Director

Fairmont Tokyo - the first Fairmont in Japan is slated to open July 2025. Located on the upper floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura Project, Fairmont Tokyo offers easy access to business, culture, and well-being amenities as well as Haneda International Airport and Hamamatsucho Railway Station. The property will offer 217 guest rooms including a range of suites, five restaurants and bars including 2 outdoor Terrace on level 35, a spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, a sky chapel and a hotel boat to elevate the guest experience. 

Commercial Director will be responsible to hire, lead and partner with a team of individuals that will develop and execute sales, marketing, communications, revenue management related strategies and actions. 

Successful candidate will either have:

• Existing 2+ years' experience as a DOSM or Commercial Director in an Interntional 5-star or Luxury hotel. 
• Existing 5-7 years of DOS experience in an international luxury hotel (in or outside of Japan)
• Existing 5-7 years of Director of Revenue Management experience in an international brand hotel (5-star or Luxury).
