- Updates T&C system in timely manner
- Provides administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
- Administration of Heartists Hub with departments and suppliers along with maintaining of records.
- Liaises for all medical checks, insurance administration and Heartist wellness etc. for the team.
- Manage the attendance system and produces monthly payroll and other related reports.
- Manage dashboards, statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
- Responsible for submitting all reports at pre-decided time intervals
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, google tools, data analysis and Paytrax, Oasys HRMS system
- Good knowledge and practical use of UAE Labor Law
