Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concierge desk, assisting guests with inquiries related to both hotel and non-hotel matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local service providers, including Airport Concierge, retailers, and other partners, ensuring up-to-date information on promotions and services.
  • Stay informed about key events and activities within the city, providing guests with accurate directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and more.
  • Manage guest services such as mail, messages, courier requests, and key security, ensuring all processes are handled with care and efficiency.
  • Participate in daily shift briefings to stay updated on hotel activities and operational needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked Concierge desk, presenting all materials in line with hotel standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Thai is a must. Additional language skills and a basic understanding of other local languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of working effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and impeccably groomed at all times.
