About the role

• Reporting to the Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine in charge, supervise and control the work of the kitchen team and overseeing the daily operation of the assigned kitchen outlet.
• Ensure consistency and highest quality in food taste, temperature and presentation.
• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays with maximum creativity
• Whenever required, communicate with guests to prepare food based on their specific preferences

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand, especially in Maldives.
• Proficient in English and Russian (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, HACCP and safety standards.
• trong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing, creative personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
