Assist the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the Hotels Beverage Program and the smooth and efficient operation of the Bar on a daily basis.

Your experience and skills include;

• Previous 5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
