Bartenders - Arches Bar on Market

Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney’s business, retail and entertainment district.

Swissôtel Sydney is looking for talented bartenders who are skilled in the art of cocktail craftsmanship for the launch of our luxurious Arches Bar on Market Street.

What you will be doing:

• As our experienced bartender, you will use your unrivalled knowledge of industry trends to create cocktails and other refreshing concoctions, invent new recipes and perfect existing ones with your signature twist on traditional favourites
• Beyond being a beverage enthusiast, you will take ownership of the guest experience through the flawless delivery of service and immaculate attention to detail in every aspect of the art of barman ship
• This role requires the availability to work late evenings, weekdays, weekend and public holidays

Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):

• Ensure bar is fully stocked at all times and stock rotation is implemented 
• Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to all guests and clients
• Support the Food & Beverage Management team in overall operations of the bar

About You

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
• Two to three years’ experience in a similar role
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Hands-on, customer focused and can lead by example 
• Approachable, charismatic, and fun
• Product knowledge of premium products and cocktails 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
