Job Description

Wild Honey St James is currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. If you are dedicated to delivering excellent service and creating positive guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistent Service Excellence: Provide unwavering, high-quality service to all guests, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
  • Customer Interaction: Enjoy engaging with guests, employing creativity to ensure each guest departs with the desire to return.
  • Positive and Adaptable Personality: Maintain a sparkling and friendly attitude to quickly build rapport in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient Operations: Take responsibility for the smooth operation of the Wild Honey Bar. Retain comprehensive product knowledge for drinks, snacks, and wine lists to offer informed recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Fluent communication in English with guests and colleagues is essential for effective interaction.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge setting is required, with a substantial background specifically as a bartender.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of spirits, beers, and cocktails, demonstrating the ability to make informed recommendations.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
