Role Overview:

As a Bar Runner in our sophisticated and luxury hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will enhance the guest experience in our elegant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, ensuring timely delivery to guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Inventory Management: Help with inventory control, including restocking supplies and organizing the bar area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained.
• Guest Service: Engage with guests by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless, including clearing glassware and waste, to uphold our luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the bar and restaurant staff to coordinate service and communicate effectively during busy periods.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
