What you will be doing:

• Take charge of banquet event operation
• Implement appropriate and effective measures to keep costs and expenses within budget
• Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet service operations

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong banquet knowledge in terms of type of event & basic set up
• Knowledgeable about P&L to control cost
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• A team player & builder
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
