Job Description

  • Assisting Talent & Culture Manager with Department operations
  • Resourcing and Talent Planning administration
  • Develop employee engagement activities proposals and plans
  • Maintains employee benefits programs
  • Leading Talent & Culture projects with Department Head


  • Experience as an Assistant HR Manager within branded Hotels 
  • Russian Language is a must for this position
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR Best Practice and the ability to support all areas of the business
  • Experience of researching, developing and implementing HR related policies, procedures and practices
  • Highly motivated with a flexible approach to work
  • Organized, disciplined, confident and personable
  • Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
