Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team, who will report to, and working collaboratively with, the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resort's casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and drive financial performance.

This role will work across The Green Dining, The Cart Bar & Kitchen, Conferencing & Events, and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar.


Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,
  • Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their "in trend" product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills,
  • Previous experience in Restaurant, Bar, and Conference & Events will be highly regarded,
  • Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Micros Applications and Opera PMS highly regarded,
  • The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,
  • Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain, both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
