Company Description

Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre, the first-established Novotel hotel in the city, is located next to Sharjah Expo Centre, close to Dubai, with convenient access to Sharjah's major business & leisure hubs. The wide choice of rooms, with a panoramic view of Mamzar Lagoon, offers each guest the freedom to experience their stay to the maximum. The hotel offers two great restaurants, including Tahi Arabic restaurant.

Job Description

  • Planning & managing the daily L&D activities
  • Training facilitation
  • Ensure compliance to all required training
  • Support the Management team in creating and implementing L&D related activities

Qualifications

  • Hospitality HR & Training background
  • Certified trainer
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong administrative background with proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous relevant experience is required
