• Supervises landscape maintenance crews, assigning tasks, and providing guidance.
• Assists in managing landscape materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintains landscape quality by conducting regular inspections and addressing issues.
• Assists with budget preparation and tracking.
• Stays updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Experience in landscaping or horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
