Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, and banquet facilities.
Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
Supervise, train, and motivate F&B team, ensuring compliance with service protocols, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
Support menu planning, costing, and inventory management in coordination with the Culinary Team and Purchasing Department.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor costs, and cost-control initiatives; contribute to achieving departmental budget targets.
Assist in creating employee schedules, staffing plans, and operational workflows based on business needs.
Maintain effective communication between teams to ensure seamless coordination for events, promotions, and daily operations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in accordance with hotel policies.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
Participate in departmental meetings, service briefings, and performance reviews to support continuous improvement.
Assist in implementing new initiatives, service concepts, and F&B promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Excellent command of English (additional languages are an asset).
Solid understanding of F&B service techniques, cost control, and hotel operating procedures.
Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-focused mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
