To assist FBM in overseeing the food & beverage operations of the Hotel

To interact with other departments to ensure guests receive high levels of service

To assist FBM in controlling F&B cost and labor cost to ensure the departmental P&L 

To observe and training F&B team to comply with SOPs and brand standards

To take the time to get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence

At least 1 year in charge of the same position at the global brand hotel/resort;

Graduated from Hotel & Tourism Management College/Uni (major in F&B faculty)

Fluent Vietnamese in 4 skills
