Job Description

The Assistant Director of Sales - Corporate is responsible for driving corporate sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 


Qualifications

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the corporate client portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and developing action plans to achieve business goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to align corporate sales strategies.
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
