• Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality food & beverage service and handling customer feedback.
• Collaborate on promotional activities, support special events and help with marketing initiatives. 
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Proven experience in restaurant or rooftop management, in a lifestyle or premium venue.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent guest relations and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of service flow, mixology trends, and event operations.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs, and reports.
• Creative mindset, ability to contribute ideas for guest experience enhancement.
