In Zürich we offer you three exciting work locations: the 25hours Hotel Zürich West the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse and at the end of July 2025 the first Mama Shelter Hotel in Zürich will open directly at Oerlikon station. Both 25hours hotels tell their own story - and so do our colleagues. How does your working day look like...

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
• Representation of the hotels at sales calls, client happenings and events
• Continuous market observation and analysis
• Conducting hotel tours
• Developing strategies and measures to increase the company's success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments
• CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups
• Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably
• You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and actively bring our great products to our customers
• You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
