• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks. Ensure all surfaces are properly primed before applying the finish.
• Painting & Finishing: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other structures. Ensure uniform coverage and a smooth finish.
• Color Mixing: Mix paints and stains to achieve the required color and consistency. Ensure proper application techniques for long-lasting results.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in minor maintenance and repairs of surfaces before painting, including drywall repairs, wood sanding, and other related tasks.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the work environment is clean and organized. Use protective gear such as gloves, masks, and goggles when necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other related items.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all painting tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Time Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of painting jobs as scheduled.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring it meets the required standards and addresses any imperfections.
• Sustainability: Follow environmentally friendly practices by minimizing paint waste, using eco-friendly products when possible, and properly disposing of paint containers and other materials.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or training in painting or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in painting, particularly in a commercial or hospitality setting, is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various painting techniques, including the use of brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepared, painted, and finished to a high standard.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
