We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
• Read and interpret building services and electrical drawings
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including SWA, conduit, and trunking
• Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaints
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of various electrical systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and practices
• Understanding of building management systems (BMS) and controls
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions and handle physical demands of the job
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field
