We are seeking a Tech Rollout Expert to support and deploy the hotel IT environment for Accor properties. Join our Hospitality Technical team and bring your expertise to hotel infrastructure projects in a dynamic, multinational setting.

What will you do?

• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot IT hotel environments (network, server, end-user devices)
• Follow Accor installation and security standards for all tech projects
• Liaise with internal teams and certified external partners for smooth rollouts
• Ensure timely project delivery and effective project handover
• Share IT knowledge and solutions within the Hospitality Tech team.

Our ideal profile would be:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IT experience; hospitality background preferred
• In-depth knowledge: network, hardware, cloud, Microsoft suite, Windows, PMS/POS
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
• Fluency in English
