We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Sustainability Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing sustainability initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values while driving positive environmental and social impact.

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sustainability strategies and programs
• Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across various departments and functions
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and sustainability audits to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data and prepare reports on sustainability performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations
• Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices in sustainability
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies, NGOs, and regulatory agencies
• Develop and deliver sustainability training programs for employees at all levels
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices and resource efficiency
• Oversee sustainability reporting and communication efforts, both internally and externally
• Drive innovation in sustainable product development and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices, environmental regulations, and industry standards
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies
• Experience with environmental impact assessments, sustainability reporting, and data analysis
• Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks 
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing sustainability teams
• Knowledge of local environmental regulations and sustainability standards in India
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in sustainability practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
